This page lists the Pools and Clubs looking for Coaches, and those individuals who are looking for Coaching positions. Our Season runs from late-May through mid July. Dual Meets are usually on Sundays with warm ups starting at 4pm and lasting until 9 pm. Club practice times vary by pool, but usually have morning and afternoon practice hours Monday - Friday.
Pools look for Candidates with:
+ Responsible & committed individuals.
+ Excellent technical skills
+ Interest in coaching young and beginning divers
+ Energetic and hands-on coaching style
+ Significant competitive diving experience
+ Previous MCDL coaching or diving experience is a plus!

| The Seven Locks Sharks are looking for a new head dive coach! Candidate must be mature, enthusiastic, and well-organized. Prior experience is a must. Experience coaching
young divers is strongly preferred. Must possess the ability to critique constructively and proactively encourage each diver to grow their skills throughout the season. Must be able
to effectively utilize assistant coach and maximize dive practice time. Above all, we’re looking for a coach who can promote the right balance of competition and fun! Practices will be

| Private neighborhood swim club in Ellicott City, Howard County, is seeking an assistant dive or a shared head coach position for a team of
approximately 50 co-ed divers, ages 5-16. Dive season starts Tuesday, May 25th with evening hours, 4:00-6:15 until the end of school (June 23rd),
then morning practice M-F from 9-11:40 through July 26th (CMDL Championships). Six dive meets occur on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the CMDL area,
usually from 4 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., though hours for meets may extend beyond.
Desired candidate will have dive experience with a strong interest in working with younger children and adolescents to improve summer diving skills, and will assist Head Coach with all responsibilities.
