MCDL Clinics for COACHES!
The 2010 MCDL sponsored Coaches Clinics will be held this year at
Martin Luther King Pool (MLK) in Silver Spring.
Classes are limited to 15 participants and designed for hired MCDL Coaches. Coaches will learn safe techniques for coaching all diver skill levels. Clinics consist of both classroom and pool deck
instruction. Each Clinic has two sessions - both are mandatory for certification.
Clinic #1 May 15 and 16 CLOSED-CLASSROOM FULL
Clinic #2 June 5 and 6
(2A) Saturday June 5 9am-2pm bring a suit and towel-YOU will be in the water!!
(2B) Sunday June 6 9am-2pm You will be responsible for having your own demo diver
Clinic #3 June 6 - Advanced Coaching
(3A) Sunday June 6 3pm-6pm You will be responsible for having your own demo diver
You must have completed the basic clinic in 2009 or 2010 to participate.
EACH CLINIC PARTICIPANT MUST BRING A DEMO DIVER TO THE CLINIC ON SUNDAY!
DEMO DIVERS DO NOT NEED TO BE EXPERIENCED

MCDL Training for Judges and Referees
MCDL offers training for Judges, and Referees in the form of Officials Clinics which are offered throughout the season.
The "training" is VALID FOR 3 SEASONS
REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED

2. Officials Clinic Tuesday, June 15th - 6:00pm Rock Creek
3. Officials Clinic Saturday, June 19th - 4:00pm Old Georgetown
4. Officials Clinic Tuesday, June 22nd - 6:00pm Glenwood
5. Officials Clinic Thursday, July 1st - 6:00pm Glenwood
