MCDL MEETING
May 16, 2006

The meeting was called to order @ 7:30 by Karl Borst
1) The boxes containing supplies for each team representative were discussed
i) Forms for all meets were discussed.
(a) Dual Meet results send one copy to Karl, addressed envelopes included in the boxes
Dual meet participation sheets are for your own use, they don't need to be mailed to Karl
ii) All paperwork and ribbons are in the box.
2) Divisional meets Sunday July 23rd: Merrimack Div II and Westleigh Div IV, we still need 2 teams to volunteer.
a) All-stars Wednesday July 26th
b) All-stars Thursday July 27th 13 & U East Gate
3) Coaches Orientation Clinics for Coaches and Assistant Coaches to learn about MCDL rules, Officials and Judges Clinic is for Judges and Referees. Officials Clinics are mandatory every 3 years.
a) June 10th Saturday 4:00 is the Coaches clinic, 5:00 is the Officials and Judges clinic @ Seven Locks
b) June 17th Saturday 4:00 Coaches clinic, 5:00 Officials and Judges Clinic @ Flower Valley
c) June 22nd Thursday 5:00 Officials and Judges Clinic @ North Chevy Chase
4) On the web site go to your pool page to enter divers and meet results
5) Coach Certification Clinic with Sam was a great success.
6) The meeting ended at 8:00pm
